These terms govern your use of hasmukha.com and any order you place with Hasmukha Product. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

Hasmukha Product, 1st Floor, Plot No 338, Tirupati Soc-B, Puna Simada Road, Yogi Chowk, Punagam, Surat, Gujarat 395010, India. FSSAI Lic. No. 20726031004184.

2. Products

We make and sell food products — mukhwas, masala blends and papads. Every ingredient is listed on the pack and on the product page. Product photographs are representative; because these are handmade in small batches, colour, size and texture vary slightly between batches. That is normal, not a defect.

3. Allergens and dietary information

Our products are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, rice, pulses, sesame, nuts and dairy-adjacent ingredients. If you have a food allergy, read the ingredient list on the pack carefully before consuming. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Traditional digestive claims about fennel, cumin and ajwain describe customary use, not a treatment for any condition.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud. You will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by third-party gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Cash on Delivery, where offered, may carry a handling fee shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are courier estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Returns & Refunds page. Because these are food products, opened packs cannot be returned, but we replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, wrong, tampered with or past its best-before date.

8. Storage and shelf life

Best before 6 months from the packaging date printed on the pack. Store in a cool, dry, hygienic place away from moisture and keep containers tightly closed. We are not responsible for products spoiled by improper storage after delivery.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Intellectual property

The Hasmukha name, logo, packaging design, product photography and website content belong to Hasmukha Product. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
