Where we ship

We ship across India. Orders are packed and dispatched from our unit in Punagam, Surat, Gujarat.

Dispatch time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, festivals and local restrictions can add a day or two.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping charge shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery, where available, may carry a small handling fee shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves us you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. If you have not received it within 3 working days of ordering, contact us on +91 82002 32330.

How we pack

Papads are fragile, so they travel in rigid boxes with cushioning. Mukhwas and masala go out in sealed, food-grade jars and pouches inside an outer carton. If something still arrives broken, see our Returns & Refunds page — we will make it right.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and pincode at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we can reship it once you cover the return and reshipping courier cost.
